In our à la carte restaurant in Salzburg Land, we combine alpine dining culture with a modern bohemian lifestyle—reimagining familiar classics and pairing them with creative, seasonal dishes and vegan options as well. Whether it’s a candlelit dinner at "The Nightwood," a cozy fondue-style evening at "The Modern Treehouse," or a light lunch on the sun terrace—dining here becomes a true experience.
Our restaurant is not only open to hotel guests: we also warmly welcome outside visitors who want to enjoy special culinary moments in Maria Alm—from breakfast and lunch to dinner.

Start your morning with a varied breakfast. A rich buffet with many homemade delicacies is available from 7:30 a.m. – most of our dishes are regional and seasonal. We also cater to vegetarian and vegan guests (35 € per person). Please be sure to reserve a table in advance if you would like to start your morning at the Jufenalm restaurant!

When snow falls outside and the mountains glow in white, it gets all the more cozy inside The Modern Treehouse and The Nightwood. The scent of chai latte, mulled wine, and freshly baked churros fills the air—accompanied by sweet classics like Kaiserschmarren, homemade desserts, and small alpine treats. A place to warm up, indulge, and consciously experience winter.
